Act without delay

After the confirmation was made that God was leading Rebekah to get married to Isaac, Laban requested ten days for her sister to stay with them. Laban was requesting the marriage to be delayed for at least 10 days. Abraham’s servants refused the delay. Rebekah agreed to go with the servant and get married immediately.

One of the greatest enemies of progress is procrastination. Some of the things delayed end up not done at all. The more you delay the more you are likely to get disruptions which can disturb you from doing something. Once you know what need to be done, you should just do it without delay. Procrastinations might steal your blessing and deprive you the prosperity you mostly need. In whatever you need to do, you should act without delay.

Gen 24:56-58 Says “But he said to them, “Do not delay me, since the LORD has prospered my way. Send me away that I may go to my master.” (57) They said, “Let us call the young woman and ask her.” (58) And they called Rebekah and said to her, “Will you go with this man?” She said, “I will go.” “
