What is common among these words: works, faith, service, patience and love?
If you love what you do, you will continue to improve and excel in your work and the service you render to people. You need to have patience and faith because sometimes things might not work alright the same time. As a farmer wait patiently for his harvest, those who love the work they do, need to patiently wait for the great results of their hard labour. You need to believe in the work you do and the service you render, for your faith will take you to your dreams no matter how long it takes.
The work you do and the service you are rendering might not be appreciated at the moment. In fact you might find that the people you are trying to help are criticizing you and not appreciative. Your children might be disrespectful, or you might be accused and blamed for a number of failures and misfortunes. Never the less you don’t have to give up, run your race with endurance. Time for your rewards is much closer. Strive to improve each time you do your work or render a service.
Rev 2:19 Says “‘I know your works, your love and faith and service and patient endurance, and that your latter works exceed the first.”
Strive to improve each time. From Simtandile Dlepuma. Stay blessed.
