*Allow God to shape you*

 Peace be with you

Jeremiah 18: 4 And the vessel that he was making from clay was spoiled in the hand of the potter; so he made it over, reworking it into another vessel as it seemed good to the potter to make it.

Jeremiah was a prophet used by God to communicate with His people, the Israelites. One day God invited Jeremiah down to the potter’s house. Jeremiah noticed a few things,

1) that the potter has got the right, power, and authority over the clay.

2) The potter shaped the vessel the way He wanted.

3) When the clay got spoilt the potter did not give up or abandon it.

Making a vessel from clay is not an easy process. Clay has got to be crushed, which gives on the idea that it is being destroyed. Then follows other processes and eventually goes through fire, in order to get the best end product, something new.

Allow me to say when you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior you died to self and you were raised with Christ as a new creation. You gave God the right, power, and authority to mold and shape you to be a vessel He Himself wants. You have no right to choose the shape or color you want to be, but God. You belong to the potter who understands the type of vessel He needs at the time. You need to understand that the potter loves all his vessels, they are all precious to Him and are very useful.

Allow God to mold you to be the shape of the vessel He needs at the time. You may go through an unpleasant process but as long as the potter is the Author and the Finisher you can be assured that the end product will be the best product.

God bless you
