What do people around you say about you? While it is not necessary to always worry about people’s opinions about you, the wise person is known first by the people around him. The decisions and the conduct of a wise person are proven more often under difficult and challenging circumstances. Most often wise people do not go around and tell others that they are wise, but their conduct proves their wisdom to those around them. The wisdom of a person separates him from the rest of the people.
How do you deal with people who do wrong to you? The way you treat people who are wrong you will tell if you have wisdom or not. Bitterness, short temper, jealousy, selfishness proves that you lack wisdom. If you need wisdom you can ask God for it, and it will be given (James 1:5). Before you react to the situation and circumstances around you, you need to remember your identity. Where a child of God is, there should be peace, humbleness, and mercy. Even the unbelievers need to enjoy being around you. Let your environment enjoy you.
See what the scripture says in
James 3:13-18 ESV (13) “Who is wise and understanding among you? By his good conduct let him show his works in the meekness of wisdom. (14) But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast and be false to the truth. (15) This is not the wisdom that comes down from above, but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. (16) For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every vile practice. (17) But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere. (18) And a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.” *Let the environment enjoy you*. From Simtandile Dlepuma. Stay blessed
