Greetings in the wonderful name of our Lord Savior Jesus Christ.
Sometimes truth is bitter and uncomfortable, truth is hurtful, but it produces life and it gives life. Truth is like medication. Nowadays we drink lot of medication, some of the tablets are even difficult to swallow, but because we know the results of taking this medication, we take it even if its not nice.
You are not safe if you only need to hang around with people who tell you what you want to hear.
• Truth creates an environment of growth
• Truth brings life
• Truth indicates that you are loved.
• Truth creates the space of breathing
• Truth builds a good character.
• Truth gives peace
1 King 22 v 14 “But Micaiah said, “As surely as the LORD lives, I can tell him only what the LORD tells me.” (NIV) Don’t be like the King of Israel who were angry about the true prophesy from the Lord, he wanted to hear good message only.
From today onwards, you need to desire friends and family members who will tell you the raw truth without hiding anything. Our Government hates truth, hence we are bound in this suffering. The Church is destroyed because truth is no longer preached. Nothing built on lies will stand; it may be a country, government, relationship, church etc. Accept and take action on the truth you are told.
You can’t live a fake life in a real world. The tower of life that you are building might look tall but it is weak if its not built on foundation of truth.
