John 4 v 16-17 “Jesus said to her, “Go, call your husband, and come back. The woman answered him, “I have no husband.” Jesus said to her, “You are right in saying, ‘I have no husband’; for you have had five husbands, and the one you have now is not your husband. What you have said is true” ( NKJV)
Greetings in the wonderful name of our Lord savior Jesus Christ
Jesus meets a Samaritan Woman, and he starts to reveal the truth to this Woman by saying even the husband you have is not yours. Her reaction, not a denial. She accepts the truth she is told. Remember, at the beginning she ignored Jesus, but after accepting what she was told, then it was the beginning of her life’s transformation.
In verse 42 the Samaritan Woman is saying “He told me everything I ever did” And many Samaritans believed, and they indicated that it’s no longer because of what she told them; they themselves have seen and have their own testimony. In accepting the truth, the woman started to call others to the Giver of life. We need to tune our minds and get used to the truth.
John 14v 6 “Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (NIV).
Accepting the truth, is like accepting Jesus himself in our lives. When he is fully operating in us, surely we will be better people, our families and our country will be better. The country will be full of better people since they live in truth, they will produce the best, and same as Church, that church will represent God well.
Decide today to accept the truth from God, so you can be great in life.
Be blessed.
