Be humble.

What comes to your mind when you think about a humble person?

Sometimes humbleness is mistaken with foolishness, weak, cowardice. This is because most often humble people allow the arrogant and proud people to get away with their ego. Even when they have a right to prove that they are better, they don’t see the need to do that. They allow others to do wrong to them but don’t want to do what is wrong to others. Such people want what is best for others before they consider what is good for themselves.

Humble people might look like they are losing everything, but the bible says they are gaining everything.

James (James 4:10) says that those who humble themselves before the Lord will be lifted up. If you lift yourself up through pride and arrogance, you will be taken down. But if you humble yourself before the Lord, you will be lifted up. It is better to be humble and get lifted up than, to lift yourself up and later fall. If you are humble, you won’t lose anything even when you are not lifted up, but it is embarrassing to fall from your prideful status. When the proud fall from their pride and riches, the humble will inherit their possessions.

Be humble, allow others to win, then you will be lifted up.

The bible in

Mat 5:5 ESV says “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.

Be humble.
