*Don’t judge people*

Judging is about declaring that someone or others are in the wrong and you are right. A common sin of self-righteousness is to always see others on the wrong, and see yourself on the right. It is also common to conclude that someone is wrong when you are far from his situation and change your mind once you get to his position. Judging people, giving them bad names, talking bad about them, warning others about them when you do not understand their situation is bad.

No matter how wrong you think a person is, how weak and how evil you think a person is, don’t pass judgement until you talk to a person or get to his position. You should not come with pre-judgement when dealing with such situations, but you should be open minded. In as much as you do not want people to pass judgment on you based on their misunderstanding, you should not do the same thing on others. For the judgment you make on others will be applied to you. If you are rejected by people and your proposal is rejected, check how many people have you rejected.

*Don’t judge people so that you will also not be judged*.

See the scriptures in Matthew 7:1-2 GW (1)  “Stop judging so that you will not be judged. (2)  Otherwise, you will be judged by the same standard you use to judge others. The standards you use for others will be applied to you.”

*Don’t judge people*.
